1. KAT KHATIBI PODCAST ON HEALTH HAPPINESS & BEAUTYPCOS DIVA PODCAST
Kat Khatibi Podcast on Health, Happiness, & Beauty is first on the list. She gets into health and wellness issues for women. She also has great guests on PCOS and hormonal imbalances. You also find psychologists, doctors, researchers, herbalists, and more. Topics include PCOS, Herbalism, hormone friendly diet, Estrogen Dominance, High Testosterone, Hypothyroidism, female hormonal imbalances, ACNE, intermittent fasting, relationships, dating, avoiding plastics, endocrine disruptors, hair health, skincare, sleep, eye health, biohacking, women’s health, and wellness. I’m not going to lie, Kat Khatibi is the real deal and she’s a total narcissist buster.
She shares her in-depth struggles with finding a hormone-friendly diet while sticking to it as well as how you can spot someone who may be narcissistic from afar (spoiler alert: they have no friends). We love that these hosts are fostering discussions by dedicating entire episodes to lesbian health issues and transgender-related topics too!–so there truly isn’t anything off-limits when talking through this heath topic.

If you are looking for a podcast that will make your body feel better, Bulletproof Radio is the place to go. It’s not specific only about women but hands down have had an effect in all aspects of health outside hormones and even Post-menopausal Women have been helped by it because most studies were done on Male subjects or People suffering from Menopause issues which they don’t apply to if we’re talking strictly “fertile years”. That being said there is still plenty more valuable information inside this show so I recommend giving it a go if anything at least just listens once!
