But most importantly you need an attentive brain. If we need a fresh and attentive mind we have to take good care of it. So, suppose if we eat only junk food or other products that affect our health or don’t eat enough. It is an obvious thing that the brain is also part of our body and it gets affected as well.

    So, if we eat a healthy diet like fruits and vegetables that can help in blood circulation. With meat included to maintain muscles for stress handling. It can definitely help it out.

    Dedicate one day to scheduling and planning

    As mentioned above if you are overwhelmed with life that can also be caused by a lack of planning and inefficiency in time management. If you look and the bigger picture and try to understand.
